I can confirm as well that the page buttons seem to randomly disappear until you refresh the screen. Also posts from other threads will randomly appear at the bottom of threads that they don't belong in, until you refresh the page.

I finally could do it, for some reason when I go to "Edit signature" I have "No action" in default, so I just chose the option: "Enable my signature in all of my existing posts" and I don't get the error 403 forbidden.

I looked after the error and most people got it when trying to use different fonts or symbols in the signature, then I would need to ask my website provider to change the ErrorDocument thing, which I did, but I didn't get any answers yet.
Good that you managed to make it work, you just found a new way to solve that problem I guess..
