That's a regular bug. I got it multiple times. Just wait some time, some days at most, logout and login again. If it doesn't work in 2-3 days the latest, contact the support. FTDNA has a great support, but they should get rid of all the bugs their site has, which are really annoying.

I see this from time to time….remember similar posts on AG and then they would reappear in a day or 2.

Just one time it didn't come back by itself and I had to contact support for a reset. After that it worked again. Usually its back without action in 1-3 days the latest.
