Ust himself is a dead end in West Siberia, and the drift with Goyet is quite small in this model. But if crown Eurasians split on Iran Plateau, the Ust-Goyet meta population could move north along the east side of the Caspian Sea and split in South Ural. Goyet-proper migrated across Europe, and after the CI event, humans from West/Central Europe and the Near East repopulated East Europe, which created the Kostenki-Sunghir cluster.
