is there no way at all to access the data? the chawis will be very interesting to look at.

I am also interested to get access to this dataset, but it is not accessible.

There is a regiastration process and approval and I guess they provide such access only to organizations, not to individuals.

I don't think so, but who knows ? They usually ask for approval from supervisor or director of the registered organization to give access.
