SNPs between haplogroups

Reading on the All of Us Research Program, which identified more than 1 billion SNVs among 245,388 genome sequences across the USA, I wondered about the known SNP (plus Indel) similarities or differences in NRY Tree, between men under certain macro-haplogroups.

Here're some numbers, based on FTDNA. I know that not all variations are included in the NRY Tree, and I'm aware of possible limitations involving aggregated variants, coverages, academic samples (modern and ancient) etc., yet, the numbers serve as good references.
