My Portuguese son-in-law hails from Minho, North-Portugal, where the Suebi settled in late Antiquity. His Y haplogroup is a subclade of U106. Whatever the model used, he always seems to need some Northern / North-Eastern European component to get modelled properly (usually around 10%). This is again confirmed here. With all due caution, there might be something of interest in his results for the ethnogenesis of the North Portuguese.
