Sorry to say I don't know anything about it, Capsian and xdleer. I imagine that's a wrong call on I1 given the date but have no info. I only remember a Magaryan VK sample from Ukraine and this:

Middle Bronze Age, Chyleński et al, 2023.
Z141 - poz643 - Komarov/Trzciniec culture, Beremiany, West-Ukraine radiocarbon dated to 1919-1701 BCE (Poz-61777, 3500 ± 30 BP). mtDNA W6a

Something badly wrong here for sure. I see TheYtree link at the beginning of this thread has the sample as I-Y7140. That's Z140+, and I-Y7140 has a mean TMRCA of 154 BCE according to FTDNA. Couldn't possibly be Mesolithic. Shame because Ukraine would have been such a nice simple solution for I1. :-)

Odd but it shows all the other snps I assume this means that's the call for the overall assignment of the person so he should be classified as I based on what the snps they can confidenty say is there in consistency so this is just a lowcoverage sample in my opinion  because its clear has some i1 stuff it's just the call is not gonna be i1 because its lack a bunch of other stuff

I was checking now in MorleyDNA  its Negative to SNP I1 and Positive a SNP Hg IJ , but no read for SNP Hg I2
So it's possible this sample belong a Hg I2 ?

This sample is just fail. Snipsa detected only two reads CTS4637 and CTS8420/PF3773 at whole I level. See no point to analyze it further.
