Yes, mostly Qatar, but there are many others as well. There are more than 800 in total.

The samples are not from Bahrain, but from the region and Norht and East Africa.
These are low coverage samples.
The best quality of these samples are already included in Reich's dataset.

Do you think   Bahrain is much more different from other in the region ? 

However: many surprises are possible.. It seems this region in Arabian Peninsula was the initial place where huge population started to migrate outside in all directions..
