Maybe this was discused in the past but I have not seen it. The Azov is the shallowest sea in the world with a maximum depth of only around 15 metres and it didnt exist up to the Early Neolithic. All of the cultures discused as being potentially Proto-Indo-Anatolian are around the Azov so the likelihood of what we are looking for being under it is actually extremely likely.

The Black Sea was lowe and the upcoming CHG half-Neolithic groups seem to have been fishermen.
A lot of their coastal settlement, in Azov, but also along the Eastern coastline in general, might be submerged under the sea.
Also the first PPIE mixed settlements, presumably at the Sea of Azow, Lower Don.
So kind of yes.

Fishing seems to have been big in the Mesolithic after big game was gone like in Iron Gates.

I would imagine though there was subneolithics on the old Black Sea/Lake coast and the Proto-Indo-Anatolians on the steppe just north of them much like the later Greek colonies.
