Actually, some HV0 users are members of V haplogroup FTDNA project (those with T16298C mutation). They are grouped as: pre V - mtDNA HV0 with T16298C.
I can also apply for V according to this.

Thanks you @ph2ter i see that there is a larger distribution Hg V in UK and Ireland , more so than in the Scandinavia countries and northern Spain its does population density cause this ?

The users with UK and Ireland origin proportionally are testing DNA the most, so yes, it is the cause.
