Will a new haplogroup discovered on yfull be considered by FTDNA?
#1
Until now, my terminal SNP was R-BY145002 on FTDNA.

Recently, a person who tested at Nebula Genomics transferred to Yfull where I transferred my file a few years ago.
Yfull took the marker R-FT162677 as our new haplogroup.
Our common ancestor dates back about 2,000 years, while BY145002 is dated over 4,300 years ago.

No, FTDNA will not consider your haplogroup at YFull, as well as YFull will not consider a new haplogroup if it will be discovered at FTDNA.
New haplogroups/branches are added to the Y-trees when new test results arrive to a company.
It is one of the reasons why Y-trees are different at different vendors.
Since FTDNA doesn't accept WGS data you should contact your matches at FTDNA and ask them about data transfer to YFull.
In your case the new result comes from a WGS lab and could not be transferred to FTNDA.
Your haplogroup is more precise at YFull for now, but in the future someone else can test at FTDNA and you will get a new branch there.
