FTDNA recalculated their existing FF by July 1, 2021. New format and algorithms went into effect on July 1.
All previous tests were re-dated, although in my case, they were dated to April and May, 2021. So I am not sure if you can trust the July 1 date.
The V3s were from Spring of 2019. V2s have been updated back to 2016 with a few 2015s.
However, unless the FF was from before 2016 or its an autosomal transfer, it should have been updated by now.
