As far as I can see TMRCAs of all BY15397 subbranches predate the Naissus sample, so I don't see how this example verifies your statement.
There can be no doubt that many E-V13 branches are related to South Thracians. Note his branch and position.
Ok, probably there are some such branches which went North. But I do not recognize it being the case with this particular branch.
