Robin Spencer has a useful tool for this in the "Admin Utilities" under "Find All Replicate Mutations" on his website: http://scaledinnovation.com/gg/adminUtils.html

That's impressive. Now we need one cross-referenced with just the haplogroups that have a minimal numbers of Branch Participants in the Haplotree. That way the list isn't too long and it has only the haplogroups that are possibly in the autosomal tests.

The full tree export is also really helpful for the future. It even has phylogenetic equivalents. I didn't notice them at first.
