I have some news to share: The Denisovans are a lot more connected to the humans. I doubt if Denisova and Neanderthal are different species. It is most likely the same type of hominin, just Denisovan...

The size of this Grotta delle Mur individual file fastq gzip = 67 GB is very big.. I started convert process and it is running for more than 24 h in usegalaxy.org. Just to covert from fastq to BAM...
