Issue with Estonian Biocentre samples - ESPLover - 04-25-2024 So I've been trying to run qpAdm models on various Indian populations that are present in the Estonian Biocentre datasets, however these samples are very screwy; they produce nonsensical results, and most confusing of all, the results produced vary between runs, even with the exact same left and right populations.  (Exact same left and right pops in both) I don't run into this issue with the Reich samples or with other added samples.
